Production and Quality Control

At Talon, every phase of production is accomplished in-house – from raw stock through electropolishing, to class 100 inspection and packaging. Controlling all stages of the process eliminates our dependence on outside vendors and provides you the assurance of single-source quality and reliability. Cleanliness levels and surface properties are verified by industry approved laboratories.

Design and Engineering Support

Talon provides design-for-manufacturer engineering support, to complement our machining and finishing operations. We're also one of the premier UHP prototype firms in the business. We have the equipment and knowledge to bring your ideas and designs to the pre-production or production stage. Our in-house design, CAD/CAM, tool design and testing capabilities allow you to increase your capacity in all of these areas.
